TPV Multiplex was formerly known as Shri Lakshmi Narayana theatre. Shri Lakshmi Narayana was erected in the year 1984 by a prodigious tycoon Mr.T.P. Velsamy Nadar who is also the initiator of Shri Jayalakshmi modern rice & oil mill. At the year 2007 Shri Lakshmi Narayana was the first theatre to familiarize qube digital cinema in South Tamil Nadu.

Now in the year 2017 TPV Multiplex is the most progressive and utmost expected theatre in South Tamil Nadu. It is situated in Alangulam in Tirunelveli district. Its external architecture gives the theatre a phenomenal guise, seeking attraction from viewers to sight the colossal interior design. There are two astounding screens in TPV Multiplex, screen 1 with fascinating rainbow colours concept and screen 2 with a 3d concept. TPV Multiplex is also the first theatre in South Tamil Nadu to implant “Dolby atmos” – which make spectators to hear the whole picture. Also, it is the only theatre in Tirunelveli which had join hands with Christie projection. Several rigid works have been put in for the transformation from Lakshmi Narayana to TPV Multiplex.
